Paramedical Services and LoneAlarm Announce Partnership to Deliver Emergency Smartphone App to Paramedical Services’ Customers

SYDNEY August 6, 2014

Today, Paramedical Services Pty Ltd and LoneAlarm Pty Ltd announce a marketing and distribution partnership to offer LoneAlarm’s smartphone emergency application solutions to Paramedical Services’s Australian logistics/transport customer base seeking superior employee accident/distress response on the road.

“We are excited to integrate LoneAlarm’s smartphone emergency application into our Work Injury Response Service (WIRS), because our customers always seek ways to improve on-the-job personal safety for their workers — many of whom endure long driving hours providing logistics services across Australia.”, commented Garry Mikhail, MD, Paramedical Services Pty Ltd.

The LoneAlarm product is a natural fit for Paramedical Services’ customers seeking to manage their employer ‘Duty of Care’ responsibility.  Undergoing pilot trials now, the Enterprise version allows for centralised call centre routing, supervisor notification and can be deployed from a corporate intranet.

Said Peter Beadle, founder and CEO of LoneAlarm: “Our platform-independent smartphone solution — with automatic fall detection, an interval timer or ‘Dead Man Switch’, and a panic button — offers a user-friendly, cost-effective response to the OH&S requirements that govern mobile workforces today.”
